RETURN POLICY
Have you purchased a Brums product online but decided to return it?
You can return any purchase for free: the return shipping costs are in fact entirely borne by Brums Milano Srl.
To make a return, you just need to follow these few steps:
- Access the "Make a Return" page from the menu located at the bottom of the site.
- Enter the order number, fill in the required fields and send the return request.
- Through Poste Reverse you can choose whether to book a home collection from the free toll-free number 800.33.66.22 or go to a nearby point, such as a post office or Post Point.
- Apply the label to the outside of the package.
Once the return has been received, we will carry out the necessary checks before making a full refund of the price of the ordered products according to the payment method chosen when placing the order.
We remind you that you can make a return:
- within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- only and exclusively if the products are intact, not used or washed and with the original tag applied.
We also remind you that it is not possible to exchange the products to be returned with other items. Within 30 days from the return date, we will refund the amount of the garment/s you have decided to return, after informing you via email.
Finally, we inform you that it is not possible to make a second return of the same order free of charge. In fact, our free shipping guarantee is only valid for the first return.
